San Jose is the cultural and technological heart of Silicon Valley CA, and this lovely condo is located immediately adjacent to the downtown entertainment district.

Six blocks from the HP Pavillion , home of the San Jose Sharks , movie theatres, restaurants, pubs, hotels and much more.   Just three blocks to groceries (Zanottos and Safeway), six blocks to the San Jose Main Library San Jose State University   and a short drive to Santa Clara University.   Three blocks to San Jose's very own Japan Town.   Four blocks to the summertime Farmers Market ( downtown Friday and Japan Town on Sundays) and the San Pedro Square entertainment district.


The San Jose International Airport is a $15 cab fare away.   About a mile away is the Diridon Station regional transportation hub that includes train stops for Caltrain, Amtrak, Capitol Corridor, Light Rail and several VTA bus routes.

Just around the corner is Trials Pub where you can quaff a pint, or right next door enjoy an authentic German dining experience at Teske's Germainia . Within two blocks, is the San Jose light rail and bus depot.  Across the street from the light rail is the courthouse and former main San Jose Post Office, built as a depression era "jobs" program.  You can start your San Jose "Walking Tour" right here, just follow the signs. Within 6 blocks, restaurants abound as well as the San Jose Opera , San Jose Symphony , San jose Art Museum , San Jose Civic Center, Fairmont Hotel, De Anza Hotel, Marriotts Hotel, Hilton Hotel and on and on...

If you are interested in a rental, short term can be up to 6 months.   Rent is $2700/month, payable in advance.   One months rent is due in full as well as a $2500 damage deposit prior to moving in.   Three hundred dollars of the damage deposit is non-refundable and will be used to professionally clean the unit after you have vacated the premises.   For multi month visits, a 5% discount will be given if the entire rental period is paid for in advance of moving in.   The discount does not apply to the damage deposit.   The unit is in 'new' condition.   You will be charged for any damage that might take place, accidental or otherwise.
