Pan Fried Seafood.

Recipe developed over time while underway to somewhere...


Ingredients:



Directions:

  • Chop the garlic into small pieces and pan fry it in butter until the garlic is near mush.

  • Squeeze a lime ( leftover from the margarita ) into mix.

  • pour in some teriyaki and soy sauce until bottom of pan is covered very thinly.

  • Place the seafood filet in the pan and cook until done (about 10 minutes).



That's it.   No fuss, no muss.
