Jim Sobolewski's Grilled Potato Recipe
Garlic salt (or fresh chopped fresh garlic )
1 margarita (prepared in advance)
Salt to taste!
Clean the potatoes. After cleaning,
quarter those spuds lengthwise. Place the
quartered spuds on a sheet of tin foil and butter them to taste.
Sprinkle garlic salt (or fresh garlic) to taste.
Repeat until all the spuds are wrapped in tin foil.
Throw on the grill for about 20 minutes with the main course of your choice. They are excellent with damn near anything, or as a stand-alone snack!
